Bergo is designed as a frictionless directory app. As a guest user looking for rooms, pensions, or guest houses, you can browse all verified listings without creating an account or providing any personal information.
We do not track your search history, location details (unless you explicitly permit location access to help find nearby options), or personal details. Saved properties are stored entirely on your device and are not uploaded to any remote server.
When you call or message a listing owner/broker, the contact is established directly through your device’s native telephone application or the official Telegram app. Bergo doesn’t act as an intermediary and does not store chat logs.
For registered partners (owners and agents) who wish to list properties, we securely store account details, email addresses, and phone numbers in our database hosted via Supabase. We implement strict security measures to protect this data.
